Enhanced Service for Repeat Prescriptions

In order to provide our patents with the best possible service we are pleased to announce an enhanced repeat prescription service.

You now have a wide range of choices to meet your individual needs, some options provide a 24/7 ordering service.

You can now use the following ways to order your medication.  Online through a secure link on the web via Patient Access this is available on all computers. You can also download the app on Android and iPhone.  The range of options within the system will be expanded over the coming months to provide you with wide range of addition information, which we believe will help you get the most from this service. In person by using the forms in the surgery or your pharmacy can order for you. Please contact them for further details.

By post using the paper re order slip you may receive with your medication when dispensed.

By fax on 01562 757200.

The telephone service will remain available only for all of our frail and housebound patients and for other patients if there is an urgent clinical need. The reasons for the changes in service are: To avoid mistakes, To avoid blocking phone lines and improve telephone access for those in need of emergency help, advice or making appointments, To make staff more available to you in surgery.

Please note : The Contraceptive pill and HRT are not available on repeat prescription. An appointment should be made with a practice nurse when these are required.
